    This used to be a busy good value for money store with a brisk turnover of stock, now the the prices have hit regular retail amounts there are less customers and an increasing amount of stock build up on the floor, I fail to see the logic in increasing prices hugely when there is a cost of living crisis in effecti wonder who exactly your store is wanting to cater to? certainly not the financially bereft!

    I ordered a whopper with cheese meal. The food was barely warm, the cheese on the burger had not even melted. There was at least a quarter of a cup of onion on the burger and no lettuce. The staff were disorganised and not welcoming. I know it is a new store and that the staff are probably also new, but the food and service were terrible. I hope this feedback might assist with providing ideas for further staff training.

    Pulled in to get petrol and the pump would not work. There was no one at the counter serving and there was also a man waiting there to pay for his petrol. After waiting a few minutes we realised that the attendant was around the side smoking and drinking and when he realised we were waiting he still didn't move and waited until he finished his cigarette. We got petrol and it clicked to 4 without putting any petrol in when we questioned him, he said... oh yes, the pumps need to be upgraded they're old. This lack of service and scam on petrol is unacceptable.
